What you get with a playbook, and what you don't.

Purchasing a playbook grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF for your own personal interview preparation. You do not own the content; you own a licence to use it.

You may not copy, share, upload, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the playbook, in whole or in part, to any other person or platform, whether for free or for payment. Each purchase is for use by the individual who bought it.

All content in the playbooks, including questions, frameworks, explanations, structure and wording, is written and owned by HelpMeSwitch. Purchasing a playbook does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.

HelpMeSwitch is an independent interview-preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any hiring company, employer or interview panel referenced or implied in the playbook content. Any resemblance to a specific company's interview process is coincidental and drawn from publicly shared, anonymised patterns, not confidential material.

The playbooks are preparation material. Purchasing, reading or completing a playbook does not guarantee an interview call, selection, an offer, or any specific salary outcome. Interview results depend on many factors outside HelpMeSwitch's control, including the candidate's own performance, the company, the role and the interviewer.

Checkout and product delivery are handled by SuperProfile, a third-party platform. This site directs you to SuperProfile to complete your purchase; your transaction is also subject to SuperProfile's own terms of service in addition to these terms.

Access to the purchased PDF is tied to the purchasing account and email address used at checkout on SuperProfile. If you lose access, contact support with your order ID and the email used at purchase so access can be verified and restored.

HelpMeSwitch may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of a purchased playbook after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
