What we collect, and what we don't.

This website (helpmeswitch.in) does not process payments and does not run its own account or checkout system. When you purchase a product, checkout is handled entirely by SuperProfile, our third-party checkout and delivery partner, which collects your name, email address and phone number to process payment and deliver the product.

On this site directly, we collect analytics and advertising events (for example, which page was viewed, which button was clicked, whether a purchase was completed, and the option selected in an interview-preparation assessment, such as an experience range, expected design round or preparation gap) through a standard dataLayer integration. Assessment answers are fixed choices rather than free text. We do not send your name, email address or phone number through these events. They do include a device or browser identifier set by the third-party tools listed in section 3, which can be used to recognise the same browser across visits.

• Data collected by SuperProfile at checkout is used to process your payment and deliver the purchased PDF to your email.
• If you contact support, the information you send (such as your email and order details) is used only to resolve your request.
• Analytics events are used to understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful, so the site and its content can be improved.
• Advertising events are used to measure whether our ads lead to purchases, and to show our ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to people who have already visited this site. This is personalised advertising, and you can opt out of it — see section 4.

• SuperProfile: handles payment processing and product delivery for every purchase. Their own privacy policy governs the checkout data they collect.
• Google Tag Manager: loads and manages the measurement tools below. It does not itself collect data about you.
• Google Analytics 4: measures page views and interactions in aggregate so we can improve the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures whether our ads lead to purchases, and lets us show ads to people who have visited this site. Meta acts as an independent controller for the data it receives.

We do not send your name, email address or phone number to any of these tools from this site.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

This site uses essential cookies or local storage required for basic functionality, and cookies set by Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel (see section 3). The Meta Pixel is used for advertising measurement and remarketing, which means you may see our ads on Facebook or Instagram after visiting this site.

You can control this. Meta's ad preferences let you opt out of personalised advertising at facebook.com/adpreferences, and Google Analytics can be blocked with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Browser-level cookie blocking or an ad blocker also prevents both.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Any data handled by SuperProfile during checkout is subject to SuperProfile's own privacy practices as the platform processing your purchase.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data associated with your purchase or support correspondence by emailing us. We will action reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe, noting that payment records held by SuperProfile may also need to be addressed directly with them.
